How do I cancel my order?

To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service team at 0901 717 1988 (Monday to Friday) or email us at info@linensbymia.com as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and process your refund promptly. However, suppose the order has already been shipped before we receive your cancellation request. In that case, you will need to wait until it arrives and then follow our return process to complete the cancellation.

All returned items must be in brand-new, unused, undamaged, and resalable condition, with all original packaging and materials included.
